At Applied Aesthetic, we’re proud to introduce Rejuran®, a next-generation skin treatment formulated with salmon-derived polynucleotides (PDRN/PN). Backed by science and selected for its ability to support skin recovery and overall skin quality, Rejuran helps the skin renew itself, hold onto hydration, and look smoother and more radiant. Rejuran is not currently approved for injection in the U.S., so we offer it in two topical forms, each paired with a treatment already on our menu.

What Is Rejuran®?

Rejuran® is a regenerative skincare treatment built around c-PDRN®, hydrolyzed DNA derived from Korean wild salmon. Because it’s applied topically rather than injected, we pair it with treatments that open the skin just enough for it to be absorbed effectively: laser and light treatments, RF microneedling, and SkinPen® microneedling.

How Rejuran® Works

Laser, light, RF, and microneedling treatments all create temporary micro-channels in the skin, the same channels that make your skin more receptive right after treatment. Applied in that window, Rejuran’s c-PDRN® goes to work supporting the skin’s natural renewal process, reinforcing the barrier, and improving hydration from within. It’s a way of extending the value of a treatment you’re already getting, not a separate procedure on its own.

Rejuran® Healing Essence

Applied immediately after Halo, Moxi, BBL, or Morpheus8, Healing Essence takes advantage of the freshly treated skin’s improved absorption. It supports the skin barrier, calms visible dryness, and helps optimize how your skin looks and feels while it heals, making it a natural extension of the in-office treatments you’re already doing.

Rejuran® Boosters With SkinPen® Microneedling

At the end of a SkinPen® microneedling session, we apply one of two Rejuran® boosters, both formulated with 1% hydrolyzed DNA (c-PDRN®) from Korean wild salmon.

Rejuran® Skin Booster

Restores skin health from within by supporting natural cellular regeneration, strengthening the skin’s barrier function, and improving hydration, elasticity, and firmness. Patients often see a reduction in fine lines, redness, and the appearance of pores. It combines c-PDRN®, hyaluronic acid, and amino acids (glycine, lysine, leucine, proline) that support collagen production and help protect against oxidative stress.

Rejuran® Tone-Up Booster

A brightening, two-part mesotherapy treatment that evens and brightens skin tone, supports natural collagen production, and hydrates and soothes the skin for a soft, supple feel while helping strengthen its natural barrier. Formulated with c-PDRN®, hyaluronic acid, panthenol, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), glutathione, and tranexamic acid, it targets dullness, discoloration, and overall radiance.

What Should I Expect?

Before
Your Rejuran application is scheduled as part of an existing appointment, either right after your laser, light, or RF treatment, or at the end of your SkinPen® session. There’s no separate consultation required beyond the one for your primary treatment.
During
Once your primary treatment is complete, we apply Healing Essence or your chosen booster topically to the treated area.
After

There is little to no downtime beyond what’s expected from your primary treatment. Skin may appear slightly pink or feel warm initially, but many patients notice improved hydration and glow within days, with continued improvement over several weeks.

Is Rejuran® injected?
No. Rejuran is not currently approved for injection in the U.S. We offer it exclusively as a topical treatment, either as a post-procedure add-on or applied at the end of SkinPen® microneedling.
Healing Essence is applied after laser, light, or RF treatments (Halo, Moxi, BBL, Morpheus8) to support healing. The Skin Booster and Tone-Up Booster are applied at the end of a SkinPen® microneedling session.
